CFC Kids For Christ
CFC Kids For Christ (KFC) is one of the family ministries of Couples for Christ, which started in 1993 in Manila, Philippines. It was created for the evangelization of the kids through the family. It is guided by its vision of sharing Christ’s joy to families and the whole, with the three-fold mission of evangelizing kids, enriching families, and renewing society.

Building Blocks of KFC
KFC’s success lies in its foundation of four (4-F’s) core characteristics that guide its programs and activities, making it an attractive and engaging space for children.
FUN
At KFC, the joy of learning is infused into every activity. The programs are designed not just to educate but to entertain as well. Through enjoyable and stimulating activities, children’s creativity, perception, and sensitivity are nurtured. From arts and crafts to interactive games, KFC ensures that learning about faith is an exciting journey.
FAITH
KFC understands the significance of a strong foundation in faith. Its activities are thoughtfully curated to strengthen the children’s relationship with God and deepen their understanding of Catholic Christian faith elements. By presenting these concepts in a language that resonates with kids, KFC bridges the gap between spirituality and comprehension.
FRIENDSHIP
Strong friendships are forged at KFC. The activities are structured to encourage children to interact, cooperate, and build lasting relationships. In this supportive community, children learn the value of compassion, empathy, and teamwork, helping them grow into well-rounded individuals.
FREEDOM
KFC values the expression of individuality while nurturing a sense of responsibility and respect. Through activities that encourage self-expression within the bounds of faith and respect for others, children learn to navigate the world with integrity. KFC empowers children to become confident, respectful, and compassionate individuals.
Program Overview
KFC’s programs are divided into two age groups to cater to the distinct needs of junior kids (4-8 years old) and senior kids (9-12 years old).
Junior Kids Program (4-8 years old)
In this age group, KFC focuses on creating a vibrant and playful environment that lays the groundwork for spiritual growth. Activities include interactive storytelling, age-appropriate prayer sessions, and engaging arts and crafts. Through these activities, children embark on a journey of exploration, learning about faith in ways that capture their imagination.
Senior Kids Program (9-12 years old)
For the older children, KFC takes a more in-depth approach, delving into theological concepts and moral teachings. Discussions, workshops, and community service projects are integrated to foster a deeper understanding of faith in action. KFC empowers these young minds to embrace their spirituality and contribute positively to their communities.
KFC is more than just a program; it’s a nurturing space where children’s faith blossoms alongside friendships that stand the test of time. By weaving fun, friendship, faith, and freedom into every facet of its activities, KFC creates an environment where children feel loved, supported, and spiritually enriched. As we look towards the future, KFC continues to be a guiding light, illuminating the path of faith for the generations to come.
